Hunan Baoli Asphalt Co., Ltd. is the second wholly owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Baoli. It was founded in March, 2010 in Wangcheng Economic Development Park, Changsha, Hunan, with the registered capital of RMB 60 million. As a state designated high-tech enterprise, Hunan Baoli stocks and sells Road petroleum asphalt and mainly produces general modified asphalt, rubber modified asphalt, special modified asphalt and emulsified asphalt.
The company owns the storage tanks about 30 000 cubic meters and the production tanks about 2000 cubic meters in all and is capable of producing 1500 tons of modified asphalt and 480 tons of emulsified asphalt per day. Meanwhile, Hunan Baoli also owns a quay berth for bitumen vessels with vehicle docking in Xianing Harbor, Changsha. The target market of Hunan Baoli is mainly in Hunan, Hubei, Sichuan and Jianxi provinces. With more than 50% market shares in Hunan Province, Hunan Baoli is one of the largest modified asphalts and emulsified asphalt manufacturer in the local market.
