Shanxi Baoli Asphalt Co., Ltd. is the first wholly owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Baoli. It was founded in August, 2007 in Yangling, Shanxi with the registered capital of RMB 80 million. As a state designated high-tech enterprise, Shanxi Baoli stocks and sells Road petroleum asphalt and mainly produces general modified asphalt, rubber modified asphalt, special modified asphalt and emulsified asphalt.
The company owns the storage tanks about 38 000 cubic meters in all and is capable of producing 1200 tons of modified asphalt and 480 tons of emulsified asphalt per day. The target market of Shanxi Baoli is mainly in Shaanxi, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Ningxia, Sichuan and Henan provinces. In 2009, the company was rewarded again for the contribution to tax and got fund support by the local government for brain gain.
