Xinjiang Baoli Asphalt Co., Ltd. is the fourth wholly owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Baoli. It was founded in August, 2011 in Petrochemical Industry Park, Kelamayi, Xinjiang with the registered capital of RMB 60 million. Xinjiang Baoli stocks and sells Road petroleum asphalt and mainly produces general modified asphalt, rubber modified asphalt, special modified asphalt and emulsified asphalt.
The company owns the storage tanks about 35 000 cubic meters in all and is capable of producing 1600 tons of modified asphalt and 480 tons of emulsified asphalt per day.
