August 17 in Beijing AVIC International Holding Corporation held a presentation of new aircraft Xian MA 700, which was attended by 12 companies from China and other countries; the total number of pre-orders made about 186.

The Presidents of Jiangsu Baoli International Investment Co., Ltd. and Xian Aircraft Industrial Corporation, which is a part of AVIC corporation, have signed a cooperation agreement in the field of investments in joint production of aircrafts, components and engines. Both companies plan partial localization of production in the territory of Russia.

Xian Aircraft International Corporation (hereinafter XAIC) is a public limited company, founded as a subsidiary structure of Xi'an Aircraft Industry (Group) Co. Ltd., which is a part of the State Aircraft Corporation of China (AVIC). XAIC is a Chinese state-owned company, which is manufacturer and developer of large and mid-size aircrafts and their components. XAIC was registered at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange June 26, 1997 as the first public company in the history of China's aviation industry.

Nowadays XAIC is a leading manufacturer of military and civilian aircrafts, such as B6, FBC-1, Y7, MA, etc., and also acts as a major subcontractor in production of Chinese aircraft ARJ21-700, and as well as a major supplier of body and chassis for aircraft C919.
