Sichuan Baoli Asphalt Co., Ltd. is the fifth wholly owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Baoli. It was found in September, 2011 in Taifu Industry Park, Luzhou, Sichuan with the registered capital of RMB 40 million. Sichuan Baoli stocks and sells road petroleum asphalt and mainly produces general modified asphalt, rubber modified asphalt, special modified asphalt and emulsified asphalt.
The company owns the storage tanks about 35 000 cubic meters in all and is capable of producing 1000 tons of modified asphalt and 480 tons of emulsified asphalt per day. The target market of Sichuan Baoli is mainly in the southeast part of the country including the construction and maintenance of the highway, provincial and municipal roads and the high-speed rail.
